Mojimath — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 May 2026

Mojimath ("the App") is a mobile math game made for children, published by Victor Basset ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The App is designed for the family (children under 13) and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / GDPR-K) and Google Play's Designed for Families program.

Short version. Mojimath does not collect any personally identifiable information. It stores your progress on your own device. It shows non-personalized ads via Google AdMob and offers one optional in-app purchase ("Remove Ads") through Google Play. No account, no e-mail, no tracking across apps.

1. Data we collect

1.1 Stored only on your device

The App keeps the following information locally, on your device, using the operating system's private storage (AsyncStorage). It never leaves your device:

Uninstalling the App deletes this data.

1.2 Data processed by third parties

The App embeds two Google services that may process technical information:

1.3 What we do not collect

2. Children's privacy

Mojimath is intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Ads are filtered to age-appropriate (G) content and are non-personalized. In-app purchase access is gated behind a parental challenge (a multiplication question that a young child is unlikely to solve unaided).

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us through the App, please contact us at the address below and we will promptly delete the information.

3. Consent for advertising (EEA / UK)

If you use the App from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, on first launch you will see Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form, which lets you accept or refuse specific ad-related purposes. You can re-open this form at any time from the home screen via the "Manage consent" link.

4. Your rights

Under GDPR and similar laws (CCPA, etc.) you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Because Mojimath does not store personal data on our servers, the easiest way to erase your data is to uninstall the App. For requests concerning AdMob, please refer directly to Google's privacy controls at myaccount.google.com/privacy.

5. Data retention

Local game data is kept on your device until you delete the App. We do not operate any server that stores your information.

6. Security

All in-app data sits in the operating system's app-private storage and benefits from the standard sandboxing provided by Android. Network communications with Google services use TLS.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be flagged in the App's release notes on the Google Play store page. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
